  This investment is located directly by the Fabryczna Station, within the New Centre of Łódź. The New Station has become a part of the multimodal transport hub, which connects rail transport, long-distance bus transport, car transport and public transport. It is one of the most prestigious locations in the city. Ultimately, the corner building is supposed to fulfil a commercial function, adapted to the needs of the City Centre, while maintaining the historic appearance of the facade.
