SommoInvest is a company operating throughout Poland, which runs business activity in the sector of construction services. It was created as a result of the initiative of people, who are not afraid of challenges and who due to their many years of experience in the construction industry within smaller, but valued entities, were ready to face new, demanding and extraordinary projects.

Our company offers a full range of services in the sector of general construction, particularly housing construction. Implementation of construction investments, which coincide with the activities benefiting local communities and the City of Łódź, constitutes our everyday life. We create projects that fulfil the current needs of our Clients, while guaranteeing their satisfaction and comfort.

Moreover, our project coordinators supervise the safety and correct implementation of each investment.

Our projects

SommoInvest focuses its activities on the creation of multi-family housing investments, located in the most interesting (in terms of surroundings and infrastructure) places in Łódź. Our portfolio includes very private projects with an upgraded standard, which are located in the city centre and which have been appreciated even by the most demanding Clients, as well as complexes of detached houses that are constructed in the quiet and green suburban areas.

We undertake demanding and ambitious challenges with enthusiasm. While appreciating the originality of historic stone architecture in Łódź and wanting to actively participate in the process of city’s revitalisation, we applied exceptional diligence to the implementation of renovation project of the architectural monuments. The need to meet the demanding requirements of the inspectorate, which supervised the preservation of historical value of these buildings, enriched our company with another experience, as well as proved that nothing is impossible for us.
